The Anchor Remodel Referral Program is open to all professionals and other qualified parties (“Referral Partners”). As a Referral Partner, you can refer homeowners who are looking for high-quality remodeling services, including kitchen upgrades, bathroom renovations, basement finishing or full-house remodeling.
After being approved as a Referral Partner, you’ll receive a digital brochure to share with your network and a link to submit your referrals.

1. Commissions
As a Referral Partner, you’ll earn a 4% commission based on the total value of the main contract signed by your referral.
2. Exclusions
Commissions are calculated based solely on the first signed contract with the referred customer and do not include any additional projects, repeat business, or change orders. If the customer engages in future projects with Anchor Remodel, those projects will not qualify for referral commissions. *does not apply to referral designers
3. Payment Timing
The commission will be paid within 15 business days after Anchor Remodel receives the customer’s final payment for the entire project.
Non-Revenue Items: Commissionable revenue excludes non-revenue items such as sales tax collection.
3. Adjustments
Refunds issued to customers and promotional discounts applied to the project will reduce the commissionable revenue.
This structure ensures a fair and transparent process, rewarding you for helping us connect with homeowners who need quality remodeling services.
General Terms
Independent Relationship
Referral Partners are not employees or contractors of Anchor Remodel and have no authority to bind or represent Anchor Remodel.
Tax Responsibility
Referral Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned through the program.
Pre-Existing Customers
Anchor Remodel will not pay referral commissions on pre-existing customers already in our system.
Ownership Exclusion
Referral Partners are not eligible to receive referral commissions for projects involving homeowners or businesses in which they have an ownership interest.
Good Faith Participation
Anchor Remodel reserves the right to withhold commissions if Referral Partners act in bad faith or damage the company’s reputation. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Spamming or providing misleading information.
- Posting referral codes on coupon or deal websites, or sharing them in person without prior authorization.

Program Changes
The Referral Program is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice. Any commissions earned up to the date of change or termination will be paid according to the terms outlined here. -
