Perry H. Henderson founded Anchor Remodel in in 2010. He decided to launch his own contracting business because he felt he could offer a far superior level of service than the other contracting firms with whom he worked. Perry has an uncompromising work ethic. He is a consummate professional who takes great pride in every single project presented to him, making sure his customers are completely satisfied from start to finish.

Positions Available:

Home Remodeling Specialist

We are seeking individuals with proven construction services, consistent work history and are able to demonstrate a wide range of residential remodeling skills. Our typical workday consists of kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling, full additions, water damage restoration, general carpentry, drywall, painting and structural repair projects.

Basic skills required include basic carpentry and trim, drywall installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, kitchen cabinet installation and the most basic electrical and plumbing installation skills such as installation of light fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Other valuable skill includes the ability to properly install toilets, bathroom vanities and typical kitchen and bathroom faucet, drain and supply line installations.


– Valid Driver’s License
– Ability of follow verbal and written communication
– Ability to communicate in English and Spanish; bi-lingual a plus
– Ability to provide valid work history and references
– Qualified individual will possess his own basic tools, however all necessary tools and a fully equipped company logo van will be provided.

Landscape Estimator/Salesperson Needed

You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and responding to an average of 2 new incoming high-value referrals each day from our network of satisfied clients and referral partners. You will have the opportunity to work with commercial, residential and government opportunities. You will also benefit our database of over 2,500 past clients and repeat business opportunities. You will use your experience to sell patios, pool decks, walkways, retaining walls and seating walls, outdoor kitchens, outdoor structures such as pergolas and pavilions, landscape lighting and drainage systems.

We are not a lawn service company.
We do not shut down in the winter.
You will be provided with administrative office support.
You will report directly to the Director of Sales and the President.


– Minimum 2 years estimating and sales specifically landscaping/hardscaping/enhancements or swimming pool renovation.
– Able to start work immediately with a firm understanding of the industry terminology, materials and techniques.
– Professional appearance, professional writing, and communication skills mandatory.
– Able to work independently using our proprietary software systems and be accountable for sales activity, lead tracking, closing ratios, KPI’s and meeting weekly, monthly and annual sales goals

Administrative Assistant

Candidate must possess and demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

– Strong attention to detail
– Highly organized
– Focus on doing one task at a time
– Clear and upbeat English-speaking voice
– Excellent written communication skills

The candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls and responding to texts and emails to pre-qualify incoming leads, respond to existing customer requests, vendor and supplier requests, and pass along that communication to our sales, administration and operations departments with the appropriate actions and follow up required for each department.

Responsibilities and duties include:

– Scheduling sales appointments and service calls
– Performing various administrative tasks
– Tracking incoming leads and referrals
– Updating the production calendar system
– Updating social media
– Attending networking events and promotions
